Order Processing Time

Orders typically ship out within 1–3 business days after they are placed. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. An order is considered dispatched once it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your location and other external factors. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can delay or cancel your order. If our system detects a potential address issue, our team may reach out within 3 business days for confirmation. If we don’t hear back, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delayed Deliveries

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your courier directly to open a claim. Then email us at zenfulairsupport@gmail.com and we’ll also follow up with the courier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to help resolve the situation. Depending on the outcome, we may issue a replacement.
