At Zenfulair, we’re committed to helping you create a cleaner, healthier home environment with our filterless, ion-based air purifiers. We stand behind the effectiveness of our products, and we recommend using them consistently for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you're not satisfied after 14 days and it’s still within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please reach out to us at zenfulairsupport@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in the processing phase and we might not be able to modify or cancel it. Canceled orders within the allowed window will be refunded within 7 business days.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We encourage you to try Zenfulair for a minimum of 14 days to fully experience its benefits. If you're not happy after that, you're eligible to return the product within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To begin a return, simply fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at zenfulairsupport@gmail.com. To speed up the process, include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged (not just the packaging), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at zenfulairsupport@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. If the product is deemed defective or broken, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. We do not accept returns for normal wear and tear or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order quickly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors. If your delivery is delayed, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the most up-to-date information. Zenfulair is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping provider.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping information at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
